Frozen Coffee Drink

This is a perfect frozen coffee drink as a summer after dinner drink or treat yourself to a cool and refreshing coffee drink anytime.

Ingredients:

3/4 cup strong coffee mixture, cold
2 cups ice
1 cup low-fat milk
3 tablespoons sugar

Instructions:

Make strong coffee with your coffee maker by brewing 2 rounded tablespoons of ground coffee for each cup.

Then, chill the coffee before making the frozen coffee drink recipe.

Put the cooled coffee mixture, milk, sugar and 1 cup of the ice in a blender and blend on high speed until ice is smooth.

Once the ice is smooth, add the second cup of ice and blend on high speed again until ice is smooth.

Pour into two glasses, and serve with a straw.

Makes 2 (16-ounce) frozen coffee drinks.

To make a caramel frozen coffee drink recipe:

Add 3 tablespoons of caramel topping to the recipe above.

Top with whipped cream and drizzle a little caramel over the whipped cream for a nice presentation.

To make a mocha frozen coffee drink recipe:

Add 3 tablespoons of Hershey's chocolate syrup to the recipe.

Top with whipped cream and drizzle a little chocolate syrup over the whipped cream for a better presentation.
